Error Inesperado al Descargar un Archivo QFX

Escenario

Se recibe un Error Inesperado al descargar archivos OFX y QFX importados en la página Importar Datos de Banca en Línea.


Solución

A principios de Diciembre de 2019 se envió un correo electrónico titulado "Próxima Eliminación de Archivos OFX y QFX de Todas las Bases de Datos".

El correo electrónico indica que todos los archivos OFX y QFX importados antes del 12 de Diciembre de 2019 ya no estarán disponibles para descargar en Netsuite.

Intentar descargar archivos importados antes de dicha fecha causará un Error Inesperado.

Sin embargo, es posible que los usuarios aún puedan obtener sus archivos de datos bancarios de sus respectivas instituciones financieras.
