Escenario
Los usuarios estaban intentando editar un compromiso de ingresos generado y buscan el campo de columna de artículo atenuado, por lo tanto, no pudieron agregar un artículo.
Solución
Tenga en cuenta lo siguiente:
- Los compromisos de ingresos se generan únicamente a partir de una orden de venta.
- NetSuite restringe la adición de un artículo a un compromiso de ingresos generado; por lo tanto, los usuarios solo pueden agregar un artículo a una orden de venta para generar un nuevo compromiso de ingresos.
