Esta discrepancia puede deberse a informes de gastos que ya están "aprobados por contabilidad" y que todavía están contabilizados en la cuenta de gastos no aprobados.
Solución
Cree una búsqueda de transacción para obtener la lista de informes de gastos:
- Vaya a Listas > Buscar > Búsquedas guardadas > Nueva.
- Hacer clic en Transacciones
- Defina lo siguiente en la subficha Criterios:
-- Tipo: Informe de gastos
-- La cuenta es Informes de gastos no aprobados
-- Estado: es cualquiera de los informes de gastos: Aprobado (anulado) por contabilidad, Informe de gastos: Aprobado por
