Escenario
El Administrador implementa informes de gastos para el Centro de Empleados Personalizado. Cuando un empleado accede a la página Informe de Gastos, en la columna Adjuntar Archivo, el contenido desplegable muestra todo tipo de archivos de documentos (por ejemplo, carpeta y archivos SuiteScript) en la lista. Y esta es una limitación conocida contenida en la Mejora: 122814.

Solución
Restrinja Carpetas a los Roles que deberían acceder a ellas realizando los siguientes pasos:
1. Navegue a Configuración > Empresa > Preferencias > Preferencias generales
