No se Sigue la Plantilla por Defecto de Correo Electrónico en la Configuración de Sitio Web

Escenario
La mayoría de los usuarios crean y utilizan la plantilla de correo electrónico de la la tienda web (Documentos > Plantillas > Plantillas) para personalizar totalmente el correo electrónico que se envía a los compradores.
Solución
1. Vaya a Configuración > Compañía > Correo Electrónico > Plantillas de Correo Electrónico del Sistema (Administrador).
2. Haga clic en Editar junto al tipo de correo electrónico que desea cambiar.
3. Opcional. Ingrese una descripción de esta plantilla.
4. Si utiliza la función Multi-idioma, aparecen subpestañas de varios idiomas en la subpestaña Plantillas. Haga clic en la subpestaña para el idioma de la plantilla que desea editar.
