Los usuarios deben desmarcar la casilla de verificación Retener reconocimiento de ingresos porque el campo no es editable.
Solución
La casilla de verificación Retener reconocimiento de ingresos ya no se puede desmarcar si el estado del plan de reconocimiento de ingresos está establecido en Completado. Este estado indica que se han reconocido todos los ingresos. Por diseño, si el importe de ingresos del plan es 0, el estado del plan se define en Finalizado.
