Escenario
Hay casos en los que los usuarios necesitan restringir los tipos de registros personalizados de roles específicos.
Solución
- Vaya a Personalización > Listas, registros y campos > Tipos de registros
- Haga clic en el tipo de registro personalizado que prefiera.
- Tipo de acceso: seleccione Usar lista de permisos
- Haga clic en Permisos
- Nota: Para cada campo obligatorio, utilice el menú desplegable para seleccionarlo y, una vez ajustado, haga clic en Agregar si es necesario.
- Nota: Agregue todos los roles a los que desea otorgar acceso al registro personalizado.
- Nivel: seleccione el nivel de acceso deseado
- Haga clic en Guardar
