Retiro de WMS > Rol Personalizado > Nivel de Permiso de Artículo

Escenario
Al utilizar una función personalizada para seleccionar elementos en WMS, el usuario encuentra el error: "Infracción de permiso: necesita un nivel superior de permiso 'Listas->Elementos para acceder a esta página. Comuníquese con el administrador de su cuenta".
Solución
Compruebe si se ha concedido el permiso 'Artículo' al rol personalizado.
1. Vaya a Configuración > Usuario/Roles > Administrar roles
2. Seleccione el rol
3. Haga clic en Permiso
4. Haga clic en Lista
5.Localizar artículos
El nivel de permiso debe ser Editar/Completo. Esto lo confirma el equipo de gestión de productos de WMS.
