Los usuarios podrían necesitar proporcionar un Rol específico para acceder o cambiar la configuración actual de SCIS.
Solución
- Inicie sesión con el Rol de Administrador
- Navegue a Configuración > Usuario/Rol > Gestionar Roles
- Edite el Rol Personalizado
- Verifique el Tipo de Centro actual seleccionado que se encuentra debajo del ID de Rol Personalizado.
- Navegue a Personalizaciones > Centro y Pestañas > Pestañas centrales
- Editar Configuración
- Navegue a la subpestaña Contenido > Subpestaña Categorías
- Agregar Registro Personalizado
- Guardar
