Escenario
Los usuarios pueden encontrar el error: "No se reconoce la tarjeta de regalo. Inténtelo de nuevo". al escanear una tarjeta de regalo física en SuiteCommerce InStore.
Solución
Para resolver esto:
- Por ejemplo: El registro de tarjeta de regalo tiene un artículo/código UPC 12345 y un código AUTH válido de ABCDE, el usuario querrá que el código de barras sea 12345//ABCDE. SuiteCommerce InStore lo analizará y separará el Código de artículo del Código AUTH.
Nota:
- Esto se probó utilizando el formato de código de barras 128a y 128b.
