Escenario
Los usuarios pueden encontrar dificultades al buscar transacciones de ventas desde SuiteCommerce In-Store (SCIS) utilizando la cuenta Sandbox.
Solución
- Vaya a Informes > Todas las búsquedas guardadas.
- Haga clic en Editar junto a la búsqueda guardada que desea copiar (por ejemplo, búsqueda de transacciones SCIS).
- Cambie el nombre en el campo Título de búsqueda.
- Marque la casilla Público para que otros usuarios puedan ver el informe en NetSuite y establezca otras casillas en el formulario según sea necesario. (Opcional)
- Cambie los valores en las subpestañas de búsqueda guardada según sea necesario. Las modificaciones más comunes son agregar y eliminar valores en la subpestaña Criterios y cambios en la subpestaña Resultados.
