Escenario
Se recibe un error cuando la subsidiaria del activo es diferente de la subsidiaria del registro del proyecto.
El activo generado está en la Subsidiaria A. El proyecto etiquetado en el activo está en la Subsidiaria B. El proyecto se etiqueta en dicha subsidiaria porque es la Subsidiaria Primaria del Cliente. Actualmente, FAM no admite la función Multi-Subsidiary. Solo puede reconocer la Subsidiaria Primaria del Cliente.
Solución
El error se produce debido a la incompatibilidad entre la subsidiaria del activo y la del proyecto.
Para resolver el problema, es necesario crear un nuevo cliente y un nuevo proyecto bajo la Subsidiaria A. Luego, se debe cambiar el proyecto etiquetado en el activo por el nuevo proyecto.
