Resolver error de importación de CSV: no se pudo encontrar el registro con ID externo = XX

Escenario
El usuario importa un archivo CSV para crear asientos contables. La importación falló con el siguiente mensaje de error.
Solución
Por lo general, el sistema arroja este error para las importaciones de CSV con el Manejo de datos establecido en "Actualizar" y el ID externo identificado en la importación de CSV aún no se ha guardado en el sistema, que luego lo buscará y arrojará el error.
El usuario debe seleccionar Agregar o Agregar o actualizar como Manejo de datos en el Asistente de importación - Opciones de importación
