Escenario
El cliente encuentra un error al intentar guardar un depósito.
Solución
1. Vaya a Transacciones > Gestión > Ingresar transacciones memorizadas > Lista
2. Haga clic en Editar en la transacción memorizada para todos los Depósitos
3. En la página de definición de transacciones memorizadas, mantenga el cursor sobre el menú desplegable Acciones
4. Haga clic en Eliminar
5. Vaya a Transacciones > Banco > Realizar depósitos
6. Seleccione una cuenta
7. Marque la casilla adyacente al pago del cliente.
8. Haga clic en Guardar
Al revisar, todos los registros de transacciones memorizadas en la lista de transacciones memorizadas se establecieron como Plantilla solamente (Acción). Por lo tanto, esto no creará transacciones.
