Prevención de números duplicados en los asientos contables

Escenario
El usuario necesita evitar que las transacciones dupliquen sus números de transacción.
Solución
NetSuite permitirá a los usuarios ingresar los mismos números de asiento si se cumplen las siguientes condiciones:
*La función de números autogenerados está habilitada
*Permitir sobrescritura está habilitado
*Las advertencias de números duplicados están deshabilitadas
1. Habilitar la preferencia de advertencias de números duplicados
- Esta preferencia está disponible tanto a nivel de usuario como a nivel de empresa.
Para la preferencia a nivel de empresa:
*Navegue a Configuración > Contabilidad > Preferencias de contabilidad
