Impacto de la inactivación de la cuenta de cuentas por cobrar con transacciones abiertas

Escenario
El usuario quisiera saber el impacto de inactivar una cuenta por cobrar con transacciones abiertas.
Solución
Cuando una cuenta de Cuentas por Cobrar (A/R) se establece como Inactiva, NetSuite impide que se seleccione dicha cuenta en transacciones futuras. Sin embargo, cuando se recibe un pago para una Factura que fue previamente debitada a la cuenta de A/R inactivada, ese monto será acreditado a la misma cuenta de A/R.
De esta manera, el usuario puede asegurarse de que esta cuenta de A/R no se utilice en transacciones futuras, pero aún así podrá acreditar esa cuenta para cerrar cualquier saldo pendiente.
