Hi @User_DFQMH You can do this natively and easily if you use suiteapprovals. Are you set on using a custom workflow, or are you able to try Suiteapprovals? To check if you have it installed go to setup>approval process manager. If you don't see it, then you need to install the free suiteapprovals bundle.

Hello @Alex.S-2016 There is no danger of deleting your bundles in the SB, BUT - when you refresh your sandbox, the objects and components will be present again in your SB. You're golden to move ahead.

Hi @User_WJTCO That isn't an error, it's asking you to choose whether you want to log into your sandbox or your production account. On the right, select which environment you want to log into by selecting 'Choose Account'. I hope this helps!
