MelMoore08, please report this to Support to investigate further. Performance may be a bit slow the first few times you complete a process or task but you should experience faster performance as you repeat the process or task through several iterations of testing.

SSLv3 has been deprecated across the NetSuite Service. If you encounter any connection issues with secure protocols, using TLS 1.x should resolve this.

ddennison is right, Defect 313886 was reported for the following: Customer Center > Contact Support > Attach a .TXT or .JS file > Opening the file attachment in UI results to Page Not Found Error. This may or may not be related, but definitely worth reporting to Support.

NetSuite is aware of the SSLv3 'Poodle' vulnerability (CVE-2014-3566), is evaluating all NetSuite systems and will deprecate support for SSLv3 as needed. NetSuite generally recommends that its users update and maintain modern browsers.

Thanks for the update, Bill. We have Defect 255733 filed for this - A possible alternate solution reported that removing the NetSuite Support Center (basic) role, and only adding the NetSuite Support Center role worked.

It sounds like the problem is related to how the auto-suggest feature is working without entering a prefix. I would contact Support to investigate this further.

A similar problem was reported to Support in Defect 299022. You can contact Support to have your case attached to it and receive notifications once this has been fixed.
