I know this is specific to sandbox, but it may be related to Defect 460903 : Release preview 2017.2 > Create Account-Specific Domain Name Format for RP/BETA accounts as Web Service getDataCenterURL returns java.net.UnknownHostException. Support will be able to confirm if this is the same problem.

This topic covered a similar problem with delayed email. The issue was documented in Defect461687 which caused email to be queued, and started processing undelivered email today at 3:16 PM EST.

E-fix Release schedule can be viewed in SuiteAnswers here. I don't think this is related to an e-fix but some accounts were upgraded to v2017.2 last night (8/18). Please contact Support to investigate this further.

farrago I saw your case. I haven't seen anything reported about Celigo specifically, but Defect 459951 does affect 3rd party connections. Support will have to take a closer look for you.
