Currently, we are using Advanced Approvals. We are in talks with someone at NetSuite regarding a switch to FlexiApprovals.

Unfortunately it goes further than that. Because Advanced approvals are being used. Has anyone used this before. That Suite answers is not very useful for this.

So what we are trying to do is show who is approving the Expense report in the subject line. So if the role has a name we want to show the name but if the approver just shows a role then we want to display the role. We can get it to display in the body but not the subject line. Found out the date was not correct down the file. I did have all the other things correctly. However, now we are getting the error below: FAILURE REASON The file could not be imported, because the closing balance for the statement is missing.
