  • Hello, Thank you for the insights. I double checked all the details and I was able to register the account after using the shipping address instead of the billing address.

  • Hello @Shorin Rio Daa-Oracle , After changing to Netsuite 2026.1 and trying to re-register the Fedex account this is the error I'm seeing. I tried with the exact same billing address , phone number and number in our Fedex account.
