What's new in Customer Journeys?
I took a quick look at your zone, and I checked the properties of 5 review templates, and all of these were set up to assign employees a self-assessment, so when this is checked, the employee who is also a TBE Perform user is going to get the notification that they have a performance review available to them on the EWS. So if you don't intend to use the EWS, you will want to uncheck this setting in your review templates for the future, but for the reviews that are already created, there is a self-assessment assigned and therefore the notification is sent. I don't believe there is a way to disable the notifications, but this functionality hasn't changed recently so my guess is that review templates you used in the past didn't have this setting checked.
Hi Nancy, are you referring to initial email notifications for goals or reviews, or email reminders, or the new notification system?
Self Service Notifications. We don't use the EWS but Managers who are working on their own direct report reviews are getting a self service notification where they can view their OWN reviews. We have been using Taleo for 4 years and I haven't hit this previously.
Thanks Kathy, that helps. Where is the check box in the review template so it doesn't happen again. I looked and I couldn't see it.
From the list of review templates, right-click and choose Properties, and the setting is near the bottom of the page.
