Exporting reports through APIs

Hello,

We need to extract data from RightNow every 5 or 10 minutes.

There are some objects that are not available through native APIs, only through RightNow reports. These entities not mapped in APIs are: queues, profiles, incidents, transactions.

Is there any issue using the API that calls these reports?

For the transactions, we believe we´d need to call this report every 5 minutes, as there´re a max amount of rows per call. We´d need to implement a verification in the bus integrator for not missing any transaction and for not having a double row in the target database.
