Business Objects - "Avg Time to Fill" Report needs a custom measure - 1st sourcing to 1st C

Our "Avg Time to Fill" Report uses a Measure called "Req. Avg Days From 1st Sourcing To 1st Candidate Offer Accept." We have requisitions that have more than one fillable position. For instance, we have hundreds of technicians that can all apply using the same requisition. I need a custom measure that shows Requisition 1st sourcing to 1st Candidate Accept, 1st sourcing to 2nd Candidate Accept, 1st Sourcing to 3rd Candidate Accept, and so on. There seems to only be a measure that shows Requisition Avg Days From 1st Sourcing To 1st Candidate Offer Accept, and thats it. Anyone have any ideas how to show the Avg. days for the rest of the candidates? This would help tremendously.
