We are implementing Performance and Talent Management and we are using R10.
And we have a need to do to pre-rating and calibration on the performance ratings before it is finally frozen and shared with the employee. Currently, performance rating flows to talent review via talent profile only on completion of the performance document because of which in our case, Manager has to re-enter the performance rating and moreover we are using different rating scales when doing calibration and in performance document. So, in brief, here are our requirements -
a. Performance rating flows to talent when the performance document evaluation is saved or submitted and not just on completion.
