Requiring a resume from the mobile CWS

Most of our hiring managers would like to require that a resume is collected at the time the application is submitted. Initially, I love the idea. A resume can provide so much more information than what we typically get from the application alone. Now that we are migrating over to the mobile CWS, I plan to connect Google Drive and Dropbox to our mobile CWS to make it easy on candidates. However, I would love to hear what other users think. Is it a good idea or bad idea to require a resume from the mobile CWS?
