Matrix Management
Summary
Evaluating an Employee by Administrative and Technical ManagerContent
The issue with Matrix management solution always lies with the conflict of interest and power.
we are using Fusion Performance Management,
1- I see from the documents that there must be only one manager for the performance document
2- is there a possibility of adding weights to Direct and Matrix Manager ratings; for example: the company decides this year it has an issue with project delivery so gives project managers 70% weight.
3- or we give each Direct./ Matrix Manager an section (certain goals with weights as related to their section) in the PD to rate?!
