Onboarding Puzzles.. HR Admin and Packets "Sticking"
We are still working through testing of our onboarding workflow, packets, bundles etc.. and it is a good thing..
During a round of testing today, it seemed the Hiring Admin was not actually able to access Requisitions and Candidate records to initiate the onboarding process.. Is this as it should be?..
If so, what is the role of the Hiring Admin if not to do these things?..
Then, once we had a system administrator performing the steps, they were not able to delete a packet that had been created in error.. (They were able to go into the packet, rename the packet and delete the bundles within the packet - but it feels as if this is not the best course of action.. ) Is this too as it should be - or are we missing where/how a packet can be deleted?..
