Unable to Search for Employees Performance Document as HR Specialist

Since the last R10 Monthly release (July) unable to search for Employees.


It is not possible to search for ANY employees in My Workforce - Performance since the July Monthly Release.
Also a problem for Managers trying to search their Employees Performance Documents.  This is using a custom job role for the HR Specialist.  

Followed the solution in Note:  Fusion: Need to know what duties are required for Performance Document search (Doc ID  1597684.1)

Some users appear to be returning in Test, would like to know if this is the solution to follow as this is critical for the Customer.
