Reminder needed : Files types and size limits

Could someone please help remind me what the acceptable file types and size maximum are for Resume and Work Sample uploads from Google Drive and Drop Box?.. We have had a lot of issue here and I think will make a note on the application - but I want to make sure it is accurate..
