Use Fusion to manage probationary Review?

Curious to know how other organizations use Fusion to manage their probationary reviews (e.g. 3 months probationary).

Do you create one probationary review template? Does the HR create a performance document under that template on a regular basis to push out reviews to new hires who have reach 3 months in the company?
