General Application Candidates - Where do they go?

We have activated the General Application on our Career Center and set up the noted alert email.. But if this email list is not up to date, gets missed, or others want to review Candidates and disposition them - how does one find a list of applicants that have completed the General Application?.. It is not appearing in the Requisitions list as we all expected..
