TBE Resume Parsing - Career Center Tier 2 Application
We are in the beginning stages of building our 2 Tier Application on the new Career Center. The first tier of our application is very short, containing just the employees current address, highest level of education and their resume. When we decide to send out the 2nd Tier we ask for employment history, residence history, military service and education history. Employment history does not flow into the 2nd tier application from the 1st tier Resume Upload. Is this because the employment history field did not exist in Tier 1? Would this require applicants to upload their resume in Tier 2 in order for the parsing to pre-fill the needed information?
