When the employees goes to their performance document for the first time, they get a 'Create Performance Document' popup. Once they click the 'continue' button, the performance document opens. Is there a way to by-pass this popup? This is an unnecessary step and will cause confusion to many users.

Also, this popup contains editable fields such as the start date and end date. Along with these fields is a popup hint message to help the user. Is there a way we can modify the information in the 'Create Performance Document' popup box and the instruction on the hint message?
