Hello -

We're trying to build a report to show the # of days it took for an approver to approve an offer letter.  I see cycle time formulas in OBI for calculating the overall offer approval cycle time but not the cycle time by individual approver.  We're needing this information to identify certain approvers in a specific regions or role that may be a bottleneck in our process so we can further investigate and determine how to improve the offer approval process.

We're stumped!  Any suggestions are appreciated!
