Delegate Performance Document

We have set up the performance document to have managers complete the performance reviews and the have the 2nd level managers approve the document.

Is it possible for managers to delegate performance documents to have lower level supervisors to complete their direct reports' evaluations without impacting the approval path?

In Fusion, we can use Transfer Performance Document from the manager to the lower level supervisors, but we still want the original approver (managers' manager) to approve the document. Is there a way to achieve that?
