Mobile Career Center - Returning Applicant Resume Upload

Looking for how to enable returning applications to upload/update resume

Hi All,

I can't figure out how to enable returning applications to just update/upload a resume. It seems this is only available when applying, vs returning just to update.

Does anyone know how I can add this functionality to the Mobile Career Center?
