This is a topic I hope a TBE Developer or Product Manager will provide feedback on. And I am interested in the experience of other TBE customers.

I notice that in the Career Center there is no functionality to add user defined fields. 

Typically in the UK there is a need for more than three EEO fields so we resort to user defined fields when we were using the older technology in the Candidate Career Website.

Many UK customers are delaying moving to the Career Center because they are not able to add user defined fields to the EEO section of the Career Center.
