How to create a custom field from Taleo and it is updated in Taleo Learn?

Hi,

We need a custom field (UDF), that we incorporate to Taleo (Users preferably) and can be updated in Taleo Learn, this is new, is not referred to in the template of equivalence of the fields that are currently synchronized.

This is feasible? Someone has developed this requirement?
