CWS to Career Center transitioning

I am working on creating career centers and custom applications for the new career centers


I'm a little late to the game transitioning from the old CWS to the newer Career Centers. I have a few questions about the transition.

I had multiple CWS's for various reasons. One of which is the Tier 2 application. I also had custom applications for certain types of positions. 

My question is: Do I need to create a Career Center for each custom CWS I had created? I think the answer is yes but I want to be sure I'm understanding this task correctly. Does this also mean I need to create custom page layouts for each Career Center and associate those page layouts with the relevant Career Centers?
