Keeping in contact with Candidates - Easily..
Has anyone devised a way to keep in semi-regular contact with Candidates easily?..
I would love it if I could sort out a simple way to identify Candidates that have not had any contact within a set period of time and quickly, easily send them a templated letter..
..Initially I did this by blending and sorting a few reports, but that wasn't sustainable..
I would love to know what others are doing to make sure Candidates stay engaged..
