Feedback functionality in HCM Cloud

I am wanting to find out what functionality is available related to "Feedback" in HCM Cloud Performance Management

Hello,

We are currently utilizing Taleo Performance Management, but will be on HCM Cloud next year. Taleo has a "Feedback" tool where employees can provide & receive feedback on their performance.  This can be general feedback, goal feedback, review feedback, etc.  I was wondering if this same functionality is available in HCM? From the demos I have seen, feedback seems to be integrated within the review process. However, is there still a separate Feedback tool where someone could provide/receive general feedback not tied to a review process?  Any information is appreciated - thanks!
