Previous Employer Value from OBI Reporting

Summary

Need to know which field to include in a report to get the previous employer value of an applicant

Hi,

I am currently working on creating a report in OBI which tries to capture the previous employment details of the applicants. Not sure where I can find the field though. Any idea how to get this field?
