Approver can't view performance documents of transferred performance documents

When the performance document is transferred from one manager to another, the new approver can't open the employee review link (gray out) when approving/rejecting the performance document. Therefore, they can't view the employee performance document when they approve or reject the employee performance document. Oracle Support said that this is expected behavior. Does anyone else have this same issue and have a solution? We have many employees' performance documents that need to be transferred (or approval need to be reassigned from one approver to another approver.) Thanks, Jackie
