Hi there,

We have a requirement for performance reviews to be based on the employees hire date. The review should be on the anniversary of the employees hire date. The review process will include competencies, questions and goals.

This requirement does not appear to align with goal plans, review periods and performance document periods which are based on specific dates and not a rolling period.

Has anyone handled the requirement of anniversary of hire performance reviews which include goals? Any information, documents or advice would be very much appreciated.
