My customer does not have license for Goal Management. They have bought Performance Management.

Requirement:

Need to have two different sections for (I) Financial Goals and (ii) Non Financial Goals. on the performance document. While the financial goals would not be rated the non financial goals will be rated.

Issue: The standard performance template allows to create only one section per type ( Goal, Competency, overall summary etc.).

Any suggestions?
