We need to create an HR Specialist Role that has access to data (e.g personal and assignment information) for all workers except for Performance Documents, where this needs to be restricted based on worker Grades/Job. As an example HR Administrators can only see performance docs for grade level X and below whilst HR VPs should be able to see all perf doc. Both roles should see all other data.

Can applicable data security policies be configured to use custom security profiles to achieve this? If so any guidance on how to achieve this would be appreciated.
