I'm seeking advice and guidance from others that use Transitions Onboarding and are integrated with HireRight for their I-9 process. In short, we are trying to understand how some of the functionality works and whether we have something wrong or whether it’s expected behavior. Here are the key points to be thinking about when reading the scenario below:
- Is it the expected/by design behavior for the manager process to be driven by an email? Why can’t this be a Task (not an email as the task)?
