Is there any contextual help in the goal plan area?

We are launching R10 Fusion Goals and Performance.  Contextual help is available in Performance but it does not seem to be available anywhere in the goals area.  Can anyone confirm if this is correct?  If it is available, can you let me know how to enable it in the goals area?

If it not available, why would it be in performance but not goals?
