We recently implemented the Tier 2 Application process, but have a few questions. Our plan is to invite candidates who are scheduled for interviews to complete the tier 2 application prior to the interview. However, we sometimes close our requisitions once we reach the interviewing stage so that way we aren't receiving anymore applications. We noticed that if the requisition is closed, candidates are no longer able to complete the tier 2 application. Is this normal, or did we not configure the application properly? If this is standard, is there a possible workaround?
